In addition, Mr. Surinder Singh Kohli has also served as Managing Director and Chairman of SIDBI, India Infrastructure Finance Company, Punjab and Sind Bank, and of Punjab National Bank. In his present capacity in SV Creditline as Chairman, Mr. Kohli provides valuable guidance in Banking & Financial matters.

Sunil Sachdev, Co-Promoter A dynamic, idealistic and highly successful entrepreneur has a track record of outstanding achievements in setting up social enterprises. One of Mr Sachdev’s ventures, set up to alleviate Faridabad’s water distribution problems, now serves 1.5 million residents in the area. He is also the Co-Founder of India’s largest stand alone medical facility “Medanta Medicity” Hospital. His other business interests are in the areas of financial services, technology, hospitality, infra-structure and real estate. SVCL is an institution that is close to his heart.

Sundeep Kalsi, Director Currently associated with the SAS Group as Promoter Director for the last fifteen years, Mr Kalsi’s inspiring leadership has seen the Group assume leadership status in Infrastructure Development and Facility Management Services in the country. His keen business acumen and formidable managerial skills have enabled the organization to become a leading private operator for various public-private partnerships. One such example is water distribution to 1.5 million residents of the city of Faridabad which has been successfully running for more than seven years in association with the Government of Haryana.

Rakesh Arora, Director A qualified Chartered Accountant, with a distinguished experience of more than two decades in Finance and Taxation. His ample experience and vast reservoir of knowledge guide the Group in formulating exemplary systems and procedures for the Accounts and Finance functions of the group. He has been advising on all Financial, Taxation, Accounts and other related matters for the organization. He provides an overall perspective and direction in financial and strategic matters for the Group.
